Absolutely fantastic service. Helpful staff, informative, friendly and efficient. Staff took the time to understand my needs, and provided me with what I required. They have maintained contact throughout my dealings with them and reassured me constantly. Couldn’t recommend a better service.

Fantastic levels of service, was driving past so popped in the showroom. I'm not buying a car until 6 months but wanted to have a feel for what I can buy with the amount I have.

Ryan was really helpful, showed me a few cars and was happy to spend time explaining differences of models. Will definitely be back when I'm ready to purchase

This dealership  does really go that extra step to make sure the customer is totally satisfied.  Not local too the dealership so caught the train down, a sales guy for the showroom collected me which was really nice.
I ended up buying a Mercedes e class and have got it at a really good price, also the warranty packages were real value so added a extended warranty.  Good work car firm

from the start to finish the whole process of me buying a car was a dream! excellent customer service, attention to detail was second to none i walked away feeling like all my questions and needs have been met! have been using Car Firm for the past 4 years and i haven't looked any further. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Dealing with these rip-off merchants is a joke, as they are the ones having a laugh, not me! They are just a bunch of con-artists whose only interest is to get you to part company with your money. I wish I never had anything to do with these cheats. Quite often you read the poor reviews and feel that some are just false, but I wish I took on board what was written. Many of five star reviews seem false. don't deal with these people, there are right thieves. Take you hard-earned cash and go and spend elsewhere. You have been warned.
