Picked up my partners A35 a couple days ago and was very impressed with this dealership.nnPanna who dealt with the sale was fantastic, a credit to the company.nnMy partner and I was fully guided throughout, great communication from Panna.nnWell done!nnWould recommend and use again.
There were some problems with the car I chose, the reversing camera didn't work.nHowever, the problem was solved after a few days.nI picked up the car yesterday. I am very satisfied.nThank you Harpal for your great service and patience.
My car had a recall, was told there would be a different car and on arrival was given a different car. Let them know I had a issue they said it was fixed to which I immediately said it wasn't. Was promised a return call which was not provided. I then had to call numerous times to reach Alex which provided no help and concluded with bring it in again and we will charge for a check up. I asked for a call back from a manager again to no surprise, this was not returned.nAfter car service from Mercedes and Alex is very poor.nAs you can see from my review and the reviews below, they sell a car and do not look after their customers after the sale.nWould not recommend !
Probably the best MB dealership in the country , I have nothing but praise for them from the sales person who sold me the vehicle to sales manager and service manager. I had issues with the vehicle which are from the manufacture of the vehicle nothing to do with the dealership. They helped me through the issues kept me mobile the whole time. Really excellent service all round definitely 5 star plus.
