Bought a 1 series last month, couldn’t fault the service. We’ve been dealing with Kai, we didn’t know what car we originally wanted but this car has met our every need. Excellent car, excellent customer service. Credit to the industry.

Such a disappointing experience with this dealer... 

Just before me and the my finance provider we were to organise a date and time to come and pick up the car that I chose, I've been told that I have to pay an extra £200, so called adiministration fee on top of the £5000 for the car, just because I haven't chosen their finance option. 
I was meant to pay £2000 as a deposit and another £3000 on finance. 
...apparently they've been doing this for a long time. I've been told by one of the company representative. 

Happy buying everyone from companies like this one looking for free money!
