Great service. No pressure to buy extra stuff. Super efficient lift to and from my office (really valuable). Efficient accommodating booking. Their customer waiting room could be tidier and feel more in keeping with the rest of the experience. All round a good experience.

Owned various Mazdas for 4 years. The service centre have scratched my cars multiple times. They checked my car once for a warranty claim, then checked again to try get out of it, then said would arrange a time when they could do it, 3 months later, nothing, rebooked service for 1 months time, took car in final time, but they didn't order part so now nearly 5 months and not fixed. People can make mistakes, but Mike from service has lied multiple times. The Mazda car servicing isn't cheap so you expect a high service. The Service centre has improved but you have to judge it on the price since it's a dealership. My friend also had his car cleaned after servicing in the past but the finish was worse, like done with a rough towel. Usually have to book ahead but the staff were really good with picking up my car.

Salesman here are fairly good, not to pushy. Ready range available isn't very large but it's a smaller location.

I recently bought a car from mazda and it has been great. My salesman Brad and all the staff where very friendly and answered every questions I had to ask. would definitely shop here for another car again

I don't give many online reviews, but perhaps like others, I do read them. My three experiences with Donalds I'm afraid are all poor, and today's experience compels me to write one. This is due to consistent displays of ambivalence/poor attitude and weak customer service from the parts/service dept.
In short, I have never known a business so seemingly uninterested in securing your custom. The customer experience in person and on the phone is poor; one feels like walking out or hanging up. There is one key (female) culprit, but I fear the issue is cultural/endemic with Donalds. It just feels like your call or visit is spoiling their day.
You can have my details or the details of my enquiries if you like, but in general I'd describe these guys as a team that has the knack of knocking the wind out of you before you've got anywhere near the point of spending any money with them.
I will never trust my Mazda 6 MPS or my partner's MX5, ( or my Alfa if I get one) with them, because each time I engage them they 'blow it' through indignance.
Nothing wrong with Mazda dealers in general I'm sure, but my local dealer has been thus far terribly un-engaging and totally disappointing.

After leaving my RX8 at Donalnds Mazda multiple times to have factory recalls corrected, I, as a mazda owner felt very under appreciated. More specifically, insulted. When service employee, Mike Hill, lied straight to my face, multiple times. After working many years for Ford and Mercedes Benz this experience was not the "Dealership" I expected. Although this left me insulted and aggravated, I did speak to the general manager, and I will say that he took the time to listen to the issues and was very professional.  Never the less, Donalnds Mazda Peterborough Service needs major improvements if you ask me.
