Be careful when buying the vehicle, check it thoroughly. I bought advertising satellite navigation system. It was standard with the car but no SD card included read all the small print SD cards not included another hidden costnCheck the interior thoroughly and in the right light. See images of what I found out when I got home, badly stained seats, filth under the back seats. They have offered to clean the vehicle again. However I have to go back again and wait for it to be cleaned. I live 60 miles away and have explained the vehicle will have to spend two days so its deep cleaned and dried properly. Yet more expense. They are quick to sell you a car but not so quick to deal with the issues.nLesson learnt , price looks good but after sales dreadful.
Was smashed into the back of my car yesterday on Morley way by one of the drivers, he was speeding in a 30 and obviously wasn’t looking! It’s not the fist time , a while back someone from the site just drove out in front of me and narrowly missed me! I would avoid driving around this area as they’re so dangerous. They need to train their staff to be safer drivers. Have reported to police!nUPDATE###nSo this morning had an email from my insurance company to advise that your insurance company has failed to pay up… hence they are now having to get a solicitor to recoup their losses!!!nWhy am I not surprised!!
After sales is awful. It’s near impossible to get hold of someone and when you do they are no help at all. Their 200 point inspection is clearly not very accurate. Much better garages to use around Peterborough.
Bought a 2018 5 series from them in Blue Bell Hill a week ago and now needs to put on my private plate from my old part exchange. David Selby the site manager helped me to install my new plates as a gesture of goodwill. He even gave me a very complete tour of the brand new preparation facility, from state-of-the-art equipments to employee gym. Thoroughly impressed with the attention of details and the work they did behind the scene in which most buyers like myself would not know. My partner is going to get a small hatchback and I believe there’s no need to go anywhere else. Thanks David and his extremely helpful team.
What can i say? So my experiance started on the 16th of Jan when i purchased my vehicles from the Enfield branch. A day after purchasing the vehicle I came across a few issues which was bothering me. I contacted Enfield and they were absolutely no help, this started to cause me a of stress not to mention issues with my misses. I had spent 22k on a vehicle which i was starting to lose confidence in. So, out of desperation, I managed to contacted mr Peter Waddell, and instantly he came out with a few different solutions all of which benefits me...at first i thought this must be too good to be true, i literally questioned myself if i was actually speaking to Mr Waddell himself or not. A few days later we spoke on the phone and it was him and within a week the vehicle was sorted. I even met the team at the prep centre, Duncan, Owen, Gary and Eddie, they are masters at their craft and very passionate about what they do and the service they gave me is unheard of in this time and age. I was happy to wait whilst my car was being sorted out, the prep team told me it will be a few hrs, so Eddie dropped me into town for a few hrs and then picked me up when the car was ready!!!! You dont even get this type of service in Dubai!! I will happily buy another car from them because i know, if im unlucky to have issues again I have confidence in Peter and the prep team to make things right!!! Thank you again guys, we need more people like you guys in the car trade!!!
