Promised a 'guaranteed' price of £5225 for my car online. On the day, £4100. A very few surface scratches cost more than a grand to put right... hmmm... I was promised £4500 after sight on turn in for part exchange by the garage who serviced and MOT'd my car - so going with them. Don't be fooled. Charlatans.

A really tiny office (box) in the car park with a friendly staff. I wouldn't recommend this place for selling your car due to low value. Unless you are really desperate.

Don't waste your time making an appointment to go and have your car looked at. They will find every reason possible to doc money off the evaluation given online and you will end up with half the price that they originally offered you. I walked straight out without even arguing with them. The online price they quote will mean the car will have to be in absolutely mint condition for them to give you that money. Rip off merchants. Will never go there again.

Not even worth a star.. DONT USE.. this rip off Waste of my time. Went in and sat down. First thing he said was we wont give you the amount we quoted you. He never looked at the car or even looked at my documents. I asked about quote and said it dont mean nothing. Spent 60 seconds in there and offerend me £145 for my car tjat was in great condition. All other offered i had was over £1000 but wanted at least over £600 as had my new car aready.

They will rip you off for sure...that estimation online will mislead you. They will devalue the car and look for more ways to reduce the amount. Would not recommend unless very very desperate. You are more likely to walk away with 50% or less of the online estimation value
