Purchased a new Mini countryman! face-lift 20/21 model with a 3 month order wait also Service was great, a little confusion with some vehicle specifications but was ironed out and sorted by a friendly polite staff member. Virus friendly with temperature check and sanitizer, mask and gloves available on entrance which is more than other dealerships are doing to protect its staff and customers. Smiling happy attractive friendly staff that are happy to help and support you.
Dropped my car for a service at 8 am and had a complaint over couple of things which is covered under warranty. They took the car literally at 17.00 and give it a wash and told nothing needs doing.
Nathan was so good at finding me the perfect car, not at all pushy which I liked. He’s so efficient and lovely. So happy with my car, literally perfect service.
Nathan did a great job of making the purchase process straight forward. He had excellent product and technical knowledge, and was genuinely helpful without being really 'sales-ey'. His colleague's push to sell GAP insurance was slightly less welcome but all-in-all, fantastic.
Went in looking scruffy and the reception I got was a bit off. Looking for a second hand car for my wife. Atmosphere a bit difficult to tell you the truth. I had bought a new mini cooper years ago from them and I was a total different experience. Judge a book by the cover loose a sale.

An absolute disgrace to the motor industry. My partner ordered a brand new MINI Countryman in August 2021. Delivery was expected for December 2021, so she called around Christmas to check the status. They hadn't bothered telling her that it was delayed and expected February/March 2022. Several further calls eventually saw the expected date pushed to August 2022. Today they've informed her that they can't build the car she ordered for the price she's paid. If she's prepared to pay more, it 'might' be here in December ... Obviously COVID-19 and the terrible Russian/Ukraine war has caused unforseen and understandable global supply issues, but our review is based solely on the awful attitude and lack of care that we've received from Sycamore MINI. Disgusting!
