I walked in and approached a staff member to ask a question and she didn’t even look at me. I had to throw myself in front of her for her to respond to me which she did in a very passive manner. She was rude and unprofessional. I think when you’re charging £4 for a drink you need to smile and show a polite welcoming attitude and go the extra mile to justify you’re highly inflated prices for coffee but this lass felt the need to disrespect me. They should shut this place down as it’s not fit for purpose or reduce all drinks to 99p with a free cookie to compensate the people being robbed.

Nice relaxed place. There is seating upstairs if it is busy.

Friendly staff, fast service, clean areas. Very large inside, with two levels. However, you need a code for the toilets (understandable considering the location). Toilets are single person and tiny.
