For its ease of parking, breadth of stock, very well mannered and knowledgeable staff, I highly recommend this shop. I remember its earlier Brazenose Street version too. I never fail to find something worth buying here, and it has a regularly changing stock.
Only open Mon to Fri, and short hours. Inaccessible therefore to ordinary working people or children of school age. We turned up just before 3 on a Saturday as did another guy who had travelled over from Wales using public transport. Is Manchester Catholic Cathedral book shop a resource for retirees only?

Love visiting here. It's a great place for me to stock up on resources. It's a great place to sit quietly and also the staff are extremely helpful, polite and kind.
Well worth a visit if your wanting a gift that's a it more unusual great selection of goods the staff are extremely helpful I look forward to a return visit whilst you are there try the cathedral cafe good value and lovely surroundings
