Excellent little bookshop with some really fantastic niche books, especially pertaining to the occult, spirituality and other esoteric weirdness. Employees are super lovely too and great to chat with. Really worth checking out.
A great selection of classic works, spanning philosophy, psychology, poetry, history, literature and more. Had a fascinating chat about philosophy with the owner and staff, who provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I gave them a fiver and they gave me the entire collected works of shakespeare; where else does such an imbalanced transaction occur in favour of the customer?! Love a good second hand bookshop!

I spent a happy half an hour Friday last perusing the wide, engrossing menagerie of works available. I could have spent half an hour more where it not for pressing matters, but the excellently curated stock of esoteric works available and the delightful service offered by the proprietors as well as a rather enticing stack of books that had yet to be priced and displayed guaranteed I shall be darkening the stairway to Anywhere Out of the World again soon. Highest recommendation for Manchesters bibliophiles, poets, and theologian minded acolytes alike.
I found this place today and I'm so glad that I did! Myself and my son had already visited three other second hand bookshops but this was by far the best! It had a really good selection of books, for what I'm interest in the atmosphere was laid bk enough to actually browse and read without being being distracted. The owner/staff are friendly too which is always a bonus lol.
Excellent collection and a warm friendly atmosphere. You can also go upstairs where you can read quietly and buy a hot drink.

A small but perfectly formed second hand bookshop. Lewis/Louie ? has a superb selection of books that seems almost curated. Great friendly service and a perfect atmosphere for browsing.
