Great charity shop in Manchester, it's a decent size with plenty of clothes for men and women, books and trinkets.
Fantastic charity shop - some great bargains especially in the clothing sections. Actually feels more like a 'modern' vintage shop with a selection of all sorts with a big donation centre in the back.
You can find good stuff at a low price while contributing to a good cause. Good place to volunteer. I always find a hidden treasure. A few second hand items are actually new. They recycle all the items donated that can't be used. Buying second hand clothes also reduces your carbon footprint.
Hey i only get every 2wks to get in store,, nxt week trains on strike, wanted 2 swap an item11am sat13th "" "" Main Trading day,"" No manager. Y... Give lots of valuable items, untrained assistant was a menace & obviosly never dealt with professional ppl.. Come back @ 2pm...Errr. Shameful no management on a Saturday 11am.. May B thats Y we all wanna leave country.. Will nevet Return, Done
Products change probably daily so you never know what might be waiting for you to find here! The volunteers are friendly and very helpful. Knowing the money spent in this shop is enabling people in need makes treating yourself here almost a necessity.
I brought back two shirts because they were the wrong sizes and asked for a refund. Unfortunately the first thing I was told was that they couldn't refund anything over £10 as the manager wasn't working on that day so I had to come back another day. I asked where in their refund policy it says that they could not make a full refund, the shop assistant answered it wasn't written in their refund policy because it was an internal policy! After telling them that they were breaking the law, the shop assistant agreed to make a full refund. I used to buy most of my clothes from this shop, but will never come back again. Really poor customer service Oxfam, I was expecting better from you.
Good clean layout. Good range of items at a good price. Both new and used items. Right near the bus stop so pop in and have a look round while your there. We'll worth a look.
I used to enjoy regularly popping in here after work but since the latest layout changes my interest have severely waned. The book selection which used to be very good has been drastically reduced & now appears to be almost an after thought,
I love this Oxfam shop... Nice and big, with plenty of space. Mixed stock - new and pre-used. Plenty of Moomin stock! But bought a lovely Graphic Novel today. Especially pleased with this, as it's a bit different.
Amazing shop, full to brim of exciting stock including new products like shampoo and awesome baskets ! Staff work so hard.
