Been three times, once for lunch and twice in the evening. Lunchtime was good. However the first time I went in the evening was with a party of about 12. Service was so slow and meals came out at different times. Not up to temperature and certainly not very authentic. Put it down to the size of the party and thought I would give it another try recently. Won't be going again. Never tasted such non-Thai food in all my life. If you want a lovely genuine Thai meal go to the Castle Thai opposite the library, just up the main road from the railway station.

Nice Food Second time here, first as a couple, this time as a group of six. Lovely venue, staff in authentic Thai dress. Waiter took order on a tablet: next time please use a pen and pad or let a younger or more tech-savvy member of staff do it. Drinks arrived promptly. Food came staggered. Very staggered. Three dishes came first, along with some rice sides for the other dishes. The rest of the mains came gradually. My dish was one of the first to arrive and wasn't particularly warm. By the time the others arrived it was cold as were some of the other dishes. Tasty but cold. Considering the staff to customer ratio, it doesn't bode well for a busy evening.

Food was distinctly average, service was poor - we had to ask to order at every stage, and they even seemed reluctant to find a card machine.

Really looked forward to coming back to aroi thai unfortunately this time it was not good food was luke warm and flavourless service was slow not a good time for us here tonight will really have to think before we come here again
