My family and i always come here whenever we meet up in Shrewsbury. I can honestly say I have never had a bad experience, and the only time there was a problem with the food, it was sorted immediately. The staff are amazing, attentive, warm and friendly. Even the other customers we have met in here have been great. I can't think of a bad thing about to say about Cromwell's

We love Cromwells! Such a welcoming, friendly place, and the staff are all fantastic. It's always our first port of call when we come in to town. Even the dog knows where we're going, and leads us there.

We found ourselves staying at Cromwell's Inn en route to see family at Christmas. What a wonderful stop over we had. Other members of the family stayed in much more expensive accommodation in Shrewsbury and they weren't anywhere near as happy as we were. Chris, the lovely young chap behind what was a very busy bar, wasn't too busy to help me and my two yr old up the stairs n helped get us settled in while my hubby parked the car. It's also worth noting he insisted he carry all my bags so that I could comfortably carry a very sleepy baby. But that's just what Cromwells Inn is about... it might not be the fanciest, most expensive place to stay but it's certainly one of the cleanest and most friendly we've been in a long time.

Always a good experience at Cromwells, great seating area outside too. You will need to book a table for the busy bar or the fantastic panelled restaurant. Some nice romantic lights inside. Special place
