This is one of the worst place to work. It's more worse for the patients. Some staff have no way of communicating to patients. If your looking for a job that pays you little to do nothing. This is the place. Staff seat outside patients bedroom drinking tea, and reading mags. No activities to do.. staff are over worked and underpaid. No recognition for stress despite it being one of the places that causes you stress. Patients are treated with no respect. This hospital needs to be closed sooner rather than later.
I was there for 9 years the doctors just don't seem to want to let u out and I'm do happy to be out now it been 9 years now but brooklands isn't a pleasant place to live at .
