Couldn't have been happier with these apartments. I have stayed in both the 2 bed and 1 bed apartments. They are so clean and comfortable with plenty of car parking at a very reasonable price. The staff are very helpful. One point to note, the elevator is quite tight and only a compact child buggy will fit. This wasn't an issue for us though but could be for another family. It's location is good with the dart is about a 10 minute walk.
I cancelled my stay at broc house as they required between 200 and 500 deposit for night which i discovered after booking.. I was attending a medical procedure in blackrock and did not have this money. I cancelled booking but was charged anyway...i contacted manager explained to him that i currently have a brain injury and cancelled because i could not meet the deposit. He was totally rude on the phone and made absolutely no allowance for my situation. My experience was a terrible one.
The apartment has everything you need, has oil, sugar, tea and coffee and all the basics in a kitchen. Also washing machine and dryer. And beds are comfortable. Bathroom has towels and shampoo, conditioner, gel and body lotion. There is a cot and high chair upon request for the smallest like my 1 years old. The kitchen looks a lot smaller in the picture, is actually a really big space. The girl at the entrance was so nice too. I would say as an advise that they need to put covers in the mattress and pillows and maybe be a bit more deep on the cleaning side bathroom had toothpaste in the side from previous guests but other than that, the place was an 8/10 in cleaning and a 10/10 in the rest. We will be back! Rooms: Bed is comfortable and has a massive wardrobe. They are warm and cosy. Walkability: 10 minutes from the bus to the center of the city and 5 minutes walk to tesco Noteworthy details: Has dryer and all the essentials in the kitchen. Also has towels and shampoo etc.
Good value for good size apartment. Clean. Close to where we needed to go. Easy check in. Parking.Rooms: 5/5
We have been regular guests for a number of months and on every occasion the rooms are spot on. Very clean and tidy, staff are extremely friendly and accomidating Rooms: A variety of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments Safety: Extremely safe area Food & drinks: The Merrion Inn is close by and serves great food. For a local shop, Tesco is a 3 minute walk away
Location was quite nice and central. Especially if you have business on UCD. No reception or place to eat. Be sure to bring your own food, because there are vi shops near by. The room was really worn. Clean, but very worn down. I couldn't open the plug for the sink, so had to brush my teeth in the kitchen sink..
A good self-catering apartment house in Dublin. The Broc House Suites offered a spacious one bedroom apartment, which was close to my working place. The kitchen was fully equipped to serve all purposes for cooking my own meals. A Tesco is close by for all supplies. It is a quiet area for a good sleep even with open windows. You can park your car free of charge on the compound. So if you want to stay a week or more in Dublin, I can recommend this place.
Stayed down with some family while at the races. Staff were very accommodating and friendly! The apartments are AMAZING! A great place to stay in with a lot of space and everything that you need for your stay. We will definitely be coming back here!
Spacious apartments. Tidy, clean. Great location with Tesco and a small mall 2 mins down the road. Railway 12 minutes walk away, 5 stops into Dublin centre. First class. Rooms: Spacious rooms, with all you need.
Lovely apartments. Stayed for a week while traveling from South Africa. Kitchenette is a great size , apartment was beautiful. The only issue was that we only got 1 pillow on the spare bed , and no extra blankets if needed.
