Very stylish and elegant. The staff was great and helpfull. They serve great breakfasts down in dining room with view to the garden. The breakfast menu has several options including traditional Irish breakfast or great pancakes. Tea and coffee is always avaible through roomservice. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Nearby there are few restaurants and shops and also train station. Great stay! :)

Stayed here for our week in Dublin for the U2 concert. What a lovely place. Being greeted with coffee, tea, and cookies when we came back in after a long day was wonderful. Breakfast was delightful. The staff and the owner could not have been more attentive and accomodating. Rooms very clean. Whole set up and atmosphere exactly what one wants in a b&b. Cozy and quaint. Only recommendation I would make is get better pillows! 😉

A wonderful place to stay with lovely rooms and tasty Irish breakfast. The owner and staff are extremely welcoming and friendly and made us feel at home. We will definitely be returning soon! X

Good location out of city, easy access to public transport, room spacious but noisy due to floorboards and poor sound insulation. Food good. Pleasant hosts.
