Today I went in to collect my online order I’d ordered online to save time I was ignored by Manegar and other staff, members of staff that fully looked me in the eyes and walked away, a member went to help at customer service and ignored me and, Even my order was totly wet, I don't know this is store or open ground field, I would 100% never ever recommend to any one to visit this store. Very bad customer service.

Absolutely shocking service. Staff don't seem to know what they are doing. Took them well over ten minutes to find three items. In the meantime the queue had stretched to 10+ people waiting. Avoid.

When the computer system in store told me that my item was ready to collect. I walked up to the desk only to be ignored by multiple staff and ended up just standing there for at least 10 mins until I was able to get the attention of a staff member

I only got seen when a nice person with tattoos actually gave me the time of day. A quick pick up turned into 30 mins waiting and being ignored when it’s like 30 degrees which made me even more annoyed tbh

Leave much more time than you think you'll need to grab something from this store. Veeeery slow.

Very strange ordering system, there is basically no interaction and the entire store is just a bunch of monitors that you tap and “shop” from there. Have a lot of products but lack a proper range of items. The staff seemed nice but just a very strange shopping experience.

This Argos shop is closed for ever...

Bought some adapters for my EU cables and much more electronics for my stay at Uni here. Very convenient and highly efficient store with loads to choose from. The format of shopping is quite different to what I was used to physical stores with one having to order online or in the store on a screen, but I enjoyed it.

I have tried in excess of 50 times to telephone the store at City Arcade Coventry.  A parcel was delivered there and there was an error on the address.  The customer cannot collect it because they refuse to hand it over, even with full identification.  I therefore want it returned to me in Shrewsbury.  The return address is on the label.  Alternatively, maybe answer the phone and I can provide the code required for the customer to collect.  Surely this is not an unreasonable request?
