the store staff are unprofessional there have no idea what so ever about running a business let alone finding a product and the so called price difference is no deal at all the merchandise is expensive you are not saving any money at all and i believe it wont be long before it closes compare to other company's this one is definetly non exsistant poor quality price are to high and most of all there seem to be not much staff and a lot of times there are just fumbling with their phones and as soo you approach a staff they sort of run away and ignore you. i would give it half a star terrrible terrible terrrible

Arrived at 5:15 to pick something up, the escalators were already switched off so I ran up the stairs to be confronted by a Male Manager who said that they were closed. I queried this as I had specifically checked online beforehand and it said 5:30. After arguing my case I took my goods to the till and the young lady confirmed that they are supposed to be open until 5:30, I guess they just have a lazy Manager who isn't interested in his customers..... Guess what, he was out of the door at 5:30. I wonder how much business Sports Direct loose after 5:00 when he's in! I have informed Google that the store closes at 5:00 so not to disappoint anyone else who rushes to get there after work. Shame on you lazy employee.
