On my recent visit to Bothwell Castle Care Home, Liz Brown and her staff could not do enough for me or any visitor, family member or family friend on their arrival. I was personally visiting to provide Scottish music for the celebration of Robert Burns Day. The staff helped the residents get prepared for their short taste of Scottish music before serving the traditional Burns Supper meal, which I must say was extremely well presented.nThe staff are extremely friendly they have a chat to all visitors to make them feel welcomed.nI was served a latte on my visit which was presented to me as if I was in a restaurant, excellent service.nManager Liz Brown runs a well maintained, clean and superior operation that you can see as you enter the automatic doors on your arrival, they have a security operation on the main entry to the building giving peace of mind to families that their loved ones a perfectly safe. I have to mention and recommend this care home as a reward for the high level of customer service that I experienced on my last visit.
An Excellent Care Home with competent, very supportive and friendly members of staff who respect and protect their residents dignity and maintain a proper food hygiene and infection control.nGood management with discipline.l would like to recommend this beautiful home.
I visit Bothwell Castle Care Home regularly and I find all the staff so friendly. The minute you walk into the Home you can feel the warmth of the place from the staff at the front of the reception to the housekeeping team.
Great staff very friendly atmosphere, staff, management are very approachable and dedicated to their profession and the residents are at the heart of all they do. Highly recommend this care home.
It is truly a home from home, residents are treated as family. Excellent staff who really do care and give great respect to visiting family, nothing is a trouble and family are also greeted with a warm welcome.nWe live a distance away and visit roughly every three weeks however weekly phone calls and FaceTime are a great comfort to us. We feel as if we really have made friends with the staff. It is so assuring to know our relative is in such safe hands and has her hair and nails down as she always did! Thank you for you kindness and caring attitude keep up the good work as I am sure you will. Stay safe hopefully it won’t be long before our lives are back to normal.
