I made an order via The Beer Town which Dunns fulfilled. It was supposed to be 12 beers but only 11 were delivered. The ones that were delivered had ripped labels, some of them were wet and there were glass shards presumably from the missing 12th bottle all over them. And they also have an expiry date of next month! So disappointed.
One of the weirdest places to go deliver in the area. No one seems to speak or understand anything other than Glaswegian, filthy yard and zero health and safety. Hours waiting just to deliver a single pallet.
I've drank Dunns spring cola for as long as I can remember now at 58 years of age,I don't know if they are just trying to cut cost or just think people are stupid,but there is no taste to this product ,coloured water !! and the screw top lid leaks on all bottles,sort it out for a loyal customer !!!
Registered on Wednesday evening. Sent them a Facebook message about delivery which they replied early the next morning - made an order the same night. Received a phone call the next day to pay and confirm the delivery date. Thursday afternoon delivery - no complaints. Super fast delivery and the delivery driver was courteous. They notified me that an item was out of stock but everything else i wanted was available. Its hard to get normal flour these days from supermarket and delivery slots are harder to come by too. They had large variety of flour available - finally able to get a hold of some Italian tipo 00 flour.
Since they've outsourced delivery to third party always issues. Broken glass in boxes, missing items. Great selection of continental beers but unless collecting don't bother. Really hard work.
