Damaged goods in transit then lied about the signature on delivery saying that they had a 'clean POD' when it layter turned out the driver had fraudulently signed the POD himself which he likely did as he knew he'd damaged the load.nRefused to pay the £300 costs to fix the damage and they can give no good reason why.nWill never use this company again as they are unprofessional, they have been proven to be liars and will not take responsibility when they damage a load, even when we have photos of them damaging the load.
Had a delivery of 8 heavy doors, and I was worried that I'd be left with kerbside delivery. Luckily the driver was the most helpful guy imaginable. He reversed the van down the drive & proceeded to help me lift all the doors inside. So grateful that such great customer service still exists. Thank you.
As someone who is not usually compelled to write negative reviews, or even complain, I thought I would make an exception in this instance.This company is not what you would call helpful in any way, shape or from. We have had cases when items have arrived later than scheduled and in some instances we have found that the items have been damaged in transit. Though some of the drivers I've dealt with have been pleasant enough, I've experienced some downright rude ones. For me, the final straw was when one of their vehicles reversed into a nearby parked car, causing a lot of damage to it. I was shocked to discover that the driver had the audacity to deny any knowledge of this happening when questioned about it later and even Bullet Express themselves had the cheek to deny it. It's for these reasons I couldn't recommend this company to anyone. Total shambles.
