My Mum was in here for 2 weeks and we were considering long term but too many things occurred which we were unhappy about so we made decision to bring her home even though she had dementia she is so happy to be back home now. It’s not for Mum so she’s more content now thank goodness
Had a family member in here 7 years ago and was not a nice place towards the end of his stay there.... I must say though some of the staff were amazing and went above and beyond but others couldn't lace their shoes. I hope it's changed for the better in there,
As you walked through front door you were always welcomed with Liz and Anne and felt at home my mother in law was only 10 weeks in highgate but honestly they couldn't do enough for her Vicki, Ann-Marie, Stacey and rest off staff that why people like you are in this job.Again thank you for everything You guys don't get enough credit
