Terrible system at this place. You can't get through to anything when trying to call this place. When you request a doctor to call you and you get told they will call between times of 9am till 11:15am then you get nothing at all then when trying to call the health centre you can't get through to anyone at all not even reception. Ridiculous.
It won't let you give it 0 stars doctor kerr phoned me about a prescription left at my chemist. Then said I had to go get an chest xray. Then said just to worn you it won't be good news . You have lung cancer. My daughters man was in and I hade it on loud speaker . Asked if their was anything I could take to slow it downnHe answered. No what do you expect. Your a 64 year old woman and have smoked. My family were in bits. Anyway got a scan. And a week later no one phoned me about my scan. I asked on the phone if I could have my results and was told no as it had go to doctors as ask reception for a print out of my results and no mention of cancer. Had to wait 4weeks and go have another scan. A few days later I received a letter from docs saying u didn't have lung cancer. I was happy and angry. Now I want an apology. Discussing what he did
Every time you phone at 8-30nits fully booked and told if you want to wait I. A que first thing that’s the people that gets the appointments and explained husband or myself is not able to stand in the cold in a cue so told to just phone at 8-30 again the next morning so it’s a joke going round in circles , dosnt even deserve 1star
Worst doctors ever even whennu hit redial from 8.29 am to get an appointment to be told sorry the que is now full please try again later like really it literally just went on and still nothing absolutely shocking.
Most terrible service!! We are in 2024 and they still want you to call them at 8:30am to make an appointment. I work night shifts. I go to bed at 6am. I set my alarm to call them, I did it but the line is busy. That's really a shame. Making an appointment shouldn't be that hard and effect people's life. Just get an app and let people to book it online...!!
