Excellent service as soon as Paul introduced himself to me. Dealt with the sale of our property, contactable all hours and nothing was too much trouble, answered any queries straight away. Fantastic experience with Paul. Viewed a property in York ultimately ended up choosing a different one with another agent which was more suited to my family. Nevertheless, Paul generously took the time to share lots of information and recommendations, e.g regarding recommendations for tradespeople, which reveals a lot about his great customer service, even when there's no commercial benefit to him. Would recommend.
Paul at Bishops sold my Dads house on Bishopthorpe Road. We initially used another company but became quickly disillusioned by the fact that they would keep sending out estate agents for viewings and that knew nothing about the house or the area. We asked Paul to come and discuss his services he provided and was impressed by the fact he is a one-stop-shop. The house sold yesterday and we have been over the moon with the service provided. Throughout the process, Paul has stood by his word and was an amazing link between the purchaser and the two solicitors. He provided us with regular updates and was incredibly prompt in responding to our questions. Paul did all the viewings and was knowledgably about both the property and the area. My Dad and ourselves no longer live in York so Paul very kindly let the buyers into the property on numerous occasions along with builders, architects and interior designers. He was a pleasure to talk to and dealt with our queries in a very cheery manner. We would have no hesitation in recommending Paul and think his approach to selling houses was definitely the right one for my Dad.
Buying and selling a house is hard...you definitely need Paul on board! From start to finish he was great at marketing the house, generating and conducting viewings, and secured an early sale from trustworthy buyers. Throughout the process he was great at communicating with us, helping with solicitors, advice and reassurance as the process unfolded. It was a real benefit dealing with him personally rather than an office of estate agents. He has a wealth of experience in the local area, is friendly and professional. We felt to be in very safe hands and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
I don't normally write reviews, i also didn't end up using Paul's services, however if and when i am selling in the future i will be back! Super professional, super polite, and has been so laid back with Zero pressure! All my other previous experience of state agents has felt like a hard sell. Paul was the opposite. Thanks
Paul is a very professional agent with an excellent knowledge of the property market in York. He is trustworthy and reliable. He has kept us well informed throughout the process of selling and moving and is reassuring and kind when necessary.
I would highly recommend Paul to handle the sale of your property. His fees are extremely competitive and his service is second to none. Fantastic, 10/10 would recommend and will be using again. My flat was on the market with another estate agents in York rhymes with bAshton's for months, I had no leads or viewings. Within 2 weeks I had multiple viewings and an offer! I can’t recommend Paul highly enough.
