I bought an E350 Mercedes from Auto Devotion in Sep 17, it soon became clear that there was an issue with the car am intermittent judder at certain speeds. In fairness to Auto Devotion each time I reported it they took the car back to investigate the issue & provided a courtesy car, however after the fourth visit and the fault reoccurring yet again they decided that this fault could not be rectified or identified and offer to take the car back. Following this I met with the sales manager Jason with whom I managed to negotiate a deal on the vehicle I was returning & I also managed to find a suitable replacement which I have picked up today so far so good. I would like to thank the staff at Auto Devotion for bearing with me through a quite troubling time with my previous vehicle, remaining courteous throughout and getting a solution for me in the end. Second hand cars are always a gamble but the team there did everything they could to assist me.
After owning the car for 4 months had an engine warning light come on, after 5 visits to get this repaired Auto devotion group decided in was to expensive to repair and offered £4k back on a car that we had paid £6k on six months earlier. After 30 days the law is on there side and they will screw you out of your money to line there pockets. Do not use this company. Ref the below comment Yes after contacting the Robisnon group head office i was finally able to get a better price back but this took a lot of arguing, yes we lost £500 off the price we had paid for a car, we had spent money on this car tyres service etc. The choice given by Auto devotion was simple lose £500, or have a car back that they refuse to repair even thought the fault was reported during the warranty period . Thats not a choice.
Purchased car from other Peterborough branch about three months ago. Two front tyres weren't holding PSI when I purchased and was told to monitor. Did so and still had numerous tyre issues which they sorted no issue. Within a day of fixing one it blew again, Chris was great and organised someone to come sort it the next day. Also had a few seal issues where water was coming in, again they seemed to of sorted that so far, touch wood. Always dubious with companies that sell cars as once sold often can dismiss as not their problem, Auto Devotion have been brilliant and would recommend.

If you said ‘Yes!!’ to any of these, then make Advantage Cars your first and only stop! If you would like to test drive a car, make sure you know the EXACT model you desire else, boy-oh-boy, you’ll experience the first class patronising customer service whilst you disapprovingly add negligible miles to cars with over 70,000 on the clock. Priorities seem to lie more in brazenly polishing off a McDonalds than selling quality cars.
Sadly not a great experience. When you eventually get through on the phone they do not return your call providing the extra information you have requested. When you ring back next day no answer. Get through 2 days later to be told they just sold it. Shame because if they had been up front with me I would have bought an alternative car.
I live in Norway now, was looking for a used car for my farther, I looked on auto trader and found one at this site, not only was the car good and a fair price it was the service and help they give you, free delivery to Kent ease of funds transfers , even the Man that delivered the car helped my parents tax the car at there home online, if I come back to the UK I will look for my car here first absolutely 5 star service from start to finish from Chris and the garage
After being to many competitor car supermarkets in the area, this is a real dealership providing main dealer standards to the used car market, very impressed how simple and pressure free they were, pleasure to deal with, and you can see the condition of the cars is top notch
I bought a car from Auto Devotion with 6 months guaranteewich I was happy because I spent 7150£ for the car and I thought I will be covered for any faultsand after 4 months my suspension was doing me problems I took the car where Auto Protect guarantee company send me toHalfords Auto Centre and they said is a steering problem and they don't fixed it...I tooked the car to other service where they found out the real problem, I called Auto Protect they had a look on my guarantee contract-the upper ball joint is covered and at the end surprise they didn't wanted to pay for it...I did all what they asked for and at the end a lot of excuses like -"my service REFUSED to tell them the problem"-I fixed the car without their accept"... and much more. I contacted Auto Devotion and leted them now about my car and no real feedback. Conclusion :I bought a car with FAKE GUARANTEE. I am very disappointed with Auto Devotion and theirs' guarantee... After my review about my situation with my car Auto Devotion contacted me and they paid me 65% of my repair.So for that they have 2 more stars... Thank you Mister Jason Laws.
