BUYERS BEWARE!! BMW Z4 LF56 YOV •Broke down on the way home •4 cracks on 2 wheels after refurb and MOT •dangerous!!! Should be a MOT failure! What standard of garages do they use!! •dealer not concerned as he believed they were caused within that 80 mile journey home. •wrong sized tyres fitted and part worn! •wheel alignment maxed out suggesting something bent, excessive wear or structural damage. •citizen advise involved, trading standards notified. •dealer brought car back due to poor standard of car. •back up for sale 2 days later •rude salesmen and sales women •car unfit for purpose and not road worthy STEER CLEAR!! might be a family business but they dont care about YOUR family!

Saw a Jaguar XF on Autotrader for sale through Stirling Cars over the Christmas period. Went to take a look on the Friday before New Year, but saw a really nice 5 series we preferred whilst there. After a good chat with Jacob and a great test drive that afternoon, we decided to take it. Andrew, the owner, made arrangements for a service and MOT on Saturday morning and I picked the car up by lunchtime. Excellent service all round and nothing too much trouble. Most importantly there's no pressure and you are made to feel relaxed and comfortable by everyone - just how a car buying experience should be...would happily recommend to anyone. Thank you Andrew, Sandra and Jacob!
Came here looking to purchase a new car with my mum , I came in very nervous as this was my first experience. Sandra and the two blokes who work there was so lovely and made me feel very welcome . Helped me find a car that was suitable for my young children with no pressure at all . After test driving the car I knew this was the one I wanted . The car was cleaned and put through the MOT the next day . Still loving my purchase 4 months later . Thanks guys !
I purchased a lovely Jaguar XF from Stirling Cars back in September. When I arrived to view the car I liked on the website a couple had literally beat me to it be 10 minutes, the car was still there for me to view so I had a good look around it and decided it was for me, so Andrew the director went out of his way to source me the perfect car for me, with everything I wanted on the more, 2 weeks later my car was ready for collection and when I went to view it, it was immaculate inside and out, they had all 4 wheels refurbished for me and a full 12 months MOT was also put on the car, when I later checked the service book they also had a mini service done. The car was perfect and 3 months on still feels brand new to me, I could not fault the help I received at Stirling Cars and will deffinelty be going back for my next car
Buyer beware! I bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee in good faith from Stirling Cars and whilst it passed its MOT and the in house garage 'checks' I had the car checked over 400 miles later and it required £800 worth of new break pipes, break fluid, diff oil, and a new battery. Needless to say Stirling Cars website says 'We will also service your new vehicle where required along with Multi-Point Pre-Delivery inpsection to make sure everything is in good order and working as it should'. I would like to think that is the case. Unfortunately i beg to differ. Oh and now the starter motor has gone, £400 later... I suggest you get the car you buy checked independently before buying.
We bought a Kia Ceed from Stirling Cars just before Christmas. Andrew and his wife were very professional and friendly. We were travelling a fair distance to look at the car but everything was agreed before hand so the transaction could be done quickly and efficiently. Would highly recommend.

Great cars Very rare to find this kind of service! You can trust there cars , the staff are outstanding . I have bought two cars and have been delighted on both occasions . If I have had any queries they deal with quickly, effectively . These guys really know what they are doing . Service from the word go . I can't recommend highly enough
bought my car from here after a 3 hour drive. car was lovely and ran fine upon inspection. the word c*** was keyed into the door and lacqure on carbon fibre bonnet looked like a terrible tin job. also driver wingmirror was very tacky and crack on front bumper which wasnt in the description. we agreed that all this would get done. i had the car collected on a trailer through a company so was unable to inspect the work. To pass through the MOT they had to add some Cats which i didnt have a problem with. When i started the car the engine was blowing and NONE of the bolts on the turbo was done up. the bumper was done well but the respray on the door not so great lacqure blotches. Wingmirror was not done and had a big crack so have to replace all of it. carbon fibre looked good but has now gone funny. I asked if he could help with the payments towards labour which was over £200 for gaskets to be replaced and he said we can come to an arrangement and to email him quotes. i did and almost 2 months later and many emails later nothing! Not Happy At all and looking at claims court.
