Excellent service received from both Zach and Laura. We were looking for a BMW m3, although Zach had a few for sale, they were not what we were looking. Zach went out and sourced one with the spec and colour that we wanted and purchased it for us at a very reasonable price. We were so impressed with the service we received that we bought a second car from them. We would highly recommend Vanquish Autos to anyone that is looking to purchase a new car.
I bought a car from Zack in Feb 2018. I lived an hours drive away but he had a car I really liked the look of. Communication before I travelled was great, answering all questions accurately and promptly including trade in valuation for my car. I was willing to travel the distance for this car because it was competitively priced and was the specific model and spec I was looking for. What I was surprised about was the level of preparation the car had received inside, outside and under the bonnet. It was showroom condition with a few typical marks for a car it's age. Not going to tempt fate talking about how well the car drives :- but would not hesitate to reccomend Vanquish if you are looking for your next car.
I have just bought a lovely Mercedes SLK from Vanquish. The car is fantastic, great condition and the buying process was excellent. Unfortunately as I arrived home with the car it developed a problem with one of the Coil Packs which can happen at any time but Taylor and Zack were brilliant. They suggested I took it to my mechanic who swiftly repaired the car and Zack refunded me the full amount immediately without quibble. It's very refreshing to experience this great level of customer service and I can certainly recommend this highly reputable dealer. Top service, thank you so much.
I'm generally sceptical about car garages due to many bad experiences in the past with untrustworthy companies and my high expectations of what a garage should deliver. I bought my BMW 335d from Vanquish Autos two years ago and it has been better than I could have imagined. The car hasn't missed a single beat and feels like new even now clocking over 100k miles - I believe this is down to the quality at which Vanquish Autos carefully select their cars prepare them for you. Zack made the whole buying process relaxed with no pressure to make a decision, he also was very true to his word and trustworthy when I asked for a few things to be ironed out before buying the BMW eg fresh service and a new painted "tow-hook" cover. I definitely will be remaining in contact and returning to purchase my next car when the time arises - I would highly recommend anyone to do the same.
I bought a stunning Mercedes SLK 350 AMG from Zach and Laura only a few weeks ago. The car itself is a dream to drive and is in exceptional condition. I travelled a long way to buy this car from them, and it was well worth the journey. From the outset both Zach and Laura have been attentive and professional, making the whole experience stress free and enjoyable. I have recommended others to consider buying a car from this establishment, and if they receive the same quality vehicle as I did, with he same quality customer service I received, then I am sure there will be plenty more customers driving away with a smile! Bought a stunning Audi S4 from these guys. When I went to look at the car there was a little corrosion on the lips of the front wheel arches. Zachary was good enough to put two brand new wings on it before he was happy to let it go which speaks volumes in itself but also shows the attention to detail and care he takes. I was reluctant to travel 50 miles to look at a car, however so pleased I did. Zach is a lovely guy, not pushy and made it a pleasure to buy a car. Zach did everything he promised prior to collecting the car and when I had a minor problem it was fixed we no quibbles. Vanquish has great selection of cars and would definitely recommend.
Found the car that our son was looking for at Vanquish Autos and arranged with Zachary to take a look at it. From the first moment we arrived to the moment the deal was done we were impressed with the total professionalism afforded to us. The car was delivered to us on the specified date and time. We will be returning to Vanquish when we are replacing our car for sure. Thank you Zach and Laura for great, friendly service.
Bought a 2011 Nissan Juke in March 2018 from Vanquish. The showroom was clean tidy and welcoming with the salesman Zac allowing us to thoroughly inspect and test drive the car which was polished and well maintained. The sale was hassle free and we got an MOT and service with the sale. Price of cars were spot on really couldn't fault the garage and sale in any way. Well presented cars without pushy sales people. Test drive no problem. Few little things to sort on a 14 year old BMW convertible but Zach did what he said he would do and the car was ready on the day. Good experience with this independent dealer.
