I stayed in the hotel on Monday. Big thank you for Ramona behind the bar was really friendly and helpful . She stayed open longer for us as we wanted to have more drinks with our friends after the entertainment finished. She had a bit of a technical issue when there was a power cut in the bar . But she handled it professionally and apologised for the waiting as the card machine wasn’t working properly . Our stay in the hotel was amazing . Looking forward to come back again.
Room spacious and clean, Bar staff friendly and chatty, nice hotel, stoke throw away from the beach, takeaway shop round the corner,, only thing is even if you have a room booked, you still have to pay £5 for overnight parking..
Was not notified that they were undergoing renovations when we booked as parking was limited. Close to the fun stuff. Rooms needed upgrades. Staff very helpful.
Paid £84 to sleep at this dive sorry £89 because you have to pay £5 for parking for overnight in a tight car park where you can’t get a space the heating was on in 26 degrees weather the fans was useless the bed was horrendous and rock hard come 00:20 after not being able go to sleep me and my girlfriend left and had drive an 1hour and 30 minutes back home to Stoke would not recommend this place staff are arrogant if you get room 305 avoid it like the plague
I had the worst experience of a hotel ever 28degrees outside heating on full windows didn't open to uncomfortable in room second night the night porter dissapeared of site then came bk hours later put customers at risk if anything was to happen then the room upstairs was beating his partner we made porter aware on numerous occasions he did nothing then didn't even log it ive complained to head office heard.nothing
