Love this hotel, the staff are friendly and the rooms are really spacious. When compared to some city centre locations its worth paying for a taxi into town rather than the extra in hotel cost, especially when the hotel is nicer than some ihg city centre hotels!!! There is also a bus that stops near the hotel, so bus into town and a taxi back is under £25 for a couple.

They had a problem with a few people's rooms including or own, but Joe (l think he's a manager) sorted everything out & couldn't be more kind & apologetic. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, the room & bathroom where clean, & so was the hotel it's self. I 100% would book again

Close to Liverpool and Chester, so good for visitor attractions. Although it's on the m57 there was very little road noise in our room. The rooms were large and comfortable and the breakfast was standard Holiday Inn express. There is a fair bit of parking but there was only one space left when we arrived at around 8pm. Doesn't seem to be enough space for the rooms on offer. Overall a perfectly good night.
