Booked the studio room. On arrival the receptionist asked if we are ok with stairs. Not knowing what lay ahead we said yes. We had to climb what can only described as a narrow steep set of stairs. Marginally wider than a ladder. I had to come downstairs sitting down. Being almost 60 we found it difficult. We got to the room which was nice. I had requested a bath. No bath. The shower was grotty. Not nice. I telephoned reception from my mobile. I asked if we could be moved due to the stairs and no bath. I was told there was no other rooms available and as my payment hadn't been processed I could go to another hotel. Very unhelpful. We where unsure if we could ha another hotel due to half term holidays plus it was only one night. Friday.. the people in the downstairs rooms where so noisy. Slamming doors. Children playing on the stairs. Screaming and screeching. On the plus side the bed was so comfortable. Amazing.

Budget priced hotel overlooking The King's Gardens and Seafront Promenade. Superb Breakfasts made to order. Spacious rooms. Comfortable bed. Great hosts. Free parking at the front of the property.

Lovely hotel. The room was lovely and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful and breakfast was great. Would definitely stay again. We booked as a group booking and it was all handled with ease and efficiency. Location was great just on the edge of the town on the sea front. Plenty of free parking available.

The rooms are perfect,they are clean,warm and fresh ..the staff are polite and friendly to talk to and the breakfast is really lovely with a mixture of help yourself and a cooked breakfast of your choice but most of all the beds are clean ,fresh crispy white bedding that you could sleep in all day long ...perfect hotel for a perfect night .

Cosy room with a comfy bed and very well equipped but the hotel could do with a revamp stained water damaged ceiling tiles and dated furnishings .The walls were very thin and we were kept awake by people coming in until after 2am .Breakfast was unavailable due to a gas leak Could be lovely but needs some serious money spending on it .
