A former private Georgian estate features a playground, skatepark, football field and tennis courts.nThe Grade II Listed Belair House aside an irregular shaped murky lake surrounded by a fringe of desultory light woodland, a vestige of the River Effra, the centrepiece here.nMore recent lacklustre maintenance and minimal ongoing upkeep evident around the lake surrounding - a location not lacking appeal.nPleasant thought not excessively so,
Lovely park, perfect for a ball game with the doggies. Not so good for long walks
Great park to walk or rest, also nice big football ground to have a nice time. You will also find 2 tennis courts and a skateboarding place, also a playground for the small children’s is a nice plus!! Also a nice carpark and a cafe on site
A cute and hidden park neighbouring Dulwich park. There is a tennis court to use if you are a tennis aficionado or player trainee, amateur or professional but you would need to get access/permission from Southwark Council.nIf I am near the area, I might visit the park again - and a lovely plus is that it's not a far walk to/from the Dulwich Picture Gallery!
We were asked to provide casino tables for a school fundraiser here.nLovely venue would definitely recommend for a private function. Staff were very helpful and good parking.
