This is a very cute park. I loved the flower garden. It was so peaceful. It definitely makes you forget about the busy roads around. It's quite easy to get to from Oval or Kennington station.
Excellent relatively well maintained park with a nice cafe. The park is well used by local people including runners. Conveniently, one lap of the main park is almost exactly 1km. If the annexe is included the lap is 2km. Every Sunday there in a Junior Parkrun.nnThe park is used for various events throughout the year. Video shows a horse and trap which was offering rides one day but this is unusual.
I love Kennington park, come here most days for my morning walks. Gorgeous sliver of calm in the city

The best traditional tea house for miles. No franchise, no plastic/glass/stainless chairs or tables.
