Lovely quality goods. I love to just come and browse in here even if not buying. There have been good sales on children's toys, beautiful shoes if need a pair for special occasion.
My experience in House of Frazer was great. Lovely lady helped me to choose a nice perfume. She listened to me carefully and recommended a lovely selection of perfumes where I could easily choose the one I liked the most. Great service with a lovely smile. Will be coming here again .
Mid to high end luxury store that caters to those who love brands and quality products. Yes prices are a bit higher than the average retailer but you know you’re getting great service. This is one of the bigger stores with loads of variety to choose from.
They have changed so much service is poor can’t find staff on the floor . they hardly have any sales same old stuff for years and years wonder when will they have new stock and good prices it was batter couple of years ago but now it’s just not same thing you can even do refund only exchange not happy. They give you vouchers to spend if you have bought anything and you change your mind … not good
You can tell it has the sports direct vibe about it, always a sale! on and the standard is not the same, the brands haven't changed to much, still some big names with the addition of the sports direct brands
The Dior is my absolute favourite at House of Fraser Lakeside the sales lady Julie, absolutely phenomenal. Excellent salesperson. Excellent customer service does a great job.
Too confusing finding the right stuff. Saw some items online and decided to visit the store in person before purchasing the items. Was walking round for hours to no avail. Also, there is a staff memberwhite lady in her 60s at the section where designer bags are sold, she was absolutely rude to a customer . It was appalling. Put me off buying anything there for fear of her biting off my ears off! The staff at the female shoe section were nicer and helpful. Not too keen on visiting again. Will stick to taking the risk of online purchase and return the item if I don't like the item rather than waste hours walking round.
Absolutely disgusted by House of Fraser today, I thought it was a high end store, they charge enough. The staff were dressed acted like they are working at Sports Direct, I spent over £400 in there today and it seems that I was buying some 12 for 6 Sports socks
I nice store that still has the echo of departmental old school shopping. Somewhat middle-class and label conscious, it offers the choices of Gucci and Hugo Boss amongst its own in house labeling. It as all the disabled accesses, toilets, escalators and signage to make sure no one gets lost. Overall it's a old school experience that some appreciate while others avoid.
Most the staff are friendly & helpful. However just recieved miserable service from a seemingly arrogant member of staff. Staff ID: 591164 - middle aged coloured British woman in case she was using a colleague's ID. Kept myself & other customers waiting at checkout whilst dealing with something else. No "hello", no "sorry for the wait", no "please" or "thank you". I gave her better service than she gave me Experiences like this make me not want to return.
