I don’t usually leave bad reviews but I am fed up of receiving terrible customer service from this place, both in terms of repairs and the receptionists over the phone and in person. They’re all rude and helpless, previously I had to return 3 times before having my car fix correctly and they were not apologetic at all and asked if I would travel to another place for the repairs. Avoid if possible

They really haven't a clue. The servicing centre never has the correct parts, then orders the wrong ones, and they make you come in, and then return home with an unfixed car, and another appointment in a couple of days. I have used them alot, as I have an Alfa, and two Fiats. If it wasn't for the warranty work, I would never go there. The staff don't seem to care, and if you want anything doing you have to push it quite hard.

Been here for mechanical repairs where other garages couldn't fix. Found the fault and fixed and only took 45 mins from start to finish. Will be booking again maybe next week with injectors. Patrick in particular from the parts department is spot on every time with orders over the phone and we confirm the part from emails (3 occasions) not a bad word to say. Wish my other van was fiat too. Keep up the good work from Farrant removals :)
