I have them everyday to school and alot of the taxi drivers are horrible but there is a certain one who is amazing he is friendly and on time and a great driver
Worst company . Was over 40 mins late then driver started getting aggressive when we asked why so late . Over priced 10 pound for less than a mile trip
They lie about their location and then when you ask for a taxi from Stone they rudely say "we're in stoke". Their strategy of trying to win business from a location miles from their base has clearly backfired because they can't fulfill the orders anyway and are now getting one-star reviews. The woman who spoke to us was foul, too because she was aggravated by the fact we asked for a taxi in Stone!!! We got a taxi from elsewhere and the driver was great. He confirmed you guys are in Stoke and are trying to deceive people
Claimed they were based in stone but charged me £10 for 1.3 mile trip. He didn't have an idea where he was going either. Disgusting service
Have used them almost every day for the last 3 weeks, always arrive on time and actually answer the phone which is rare compared to the other companies around stone

Extremely overpriced, paid 20 pound for around 5 miles travel and taken around 20 minutes to arrive even though the base is 0.3 miles away
