Wow! What a great shop!! Our club was invited to the opening of this new store and the staff are so friendly helpful. They have even just donated some fantastic prizes for our Christmas raffle. Many of our club members now use this as the go-to store for all their bike needs. Prices are very competitive, and the standard of bike servicing is excellent. All cyclists need stores like this, so please give them a go... you won't be disappointed.
I came here for a bike fit in August. Andy and Matt are so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. After a new stem was fitted and my seat height adjusted I can't believe the difference a few alterations have made!! I'm now riding happily and pain free. Thanks for the great service. I will definitely be returning when I need anything else doing on my bike
Excellent shop . Matt did the gait assessment on myself and my wife and showed us an assortment of trainers to help with our running and walking . Very happy with the service and a good price too . Thank you
Went here to buy some new trail running shoes. Previously I purchased my running shoes from on-line retailers, thinking they would be cheaper. I had in mind a brand/model I thought I would like based on my road running shoes. The manager, Matt, was really friendly and we had a chat about my running. That guy knows his stuff! Based on the chat Matt made some further recommendations he thought may also be suitable, brands I had not previously considered. I'm glad he did! The instore treadmill is a great addition to the store. I was able to try on all the shoes and have a good run. I left with the perfect pair of trail shoes that I would have not otherwise considered if I was buying on-line. The price was also the same as buying discounted on-line. Will definitely be purchasing all my running shoes from here in the future.
Pau Run and Ride Audlem is by far the best shop I have found locally for purchasing running shoes and accessories. The Manager and staff are friendly, really helpful and knowledgeable and their gait analysis service really helped to reassure me I was purchasing the best product possible for my personal running style. This is something I could never have guaranteed if I had tried to buy online or from an alternative provider, as I wouldn't have had a clue where to start. Whereas having your gait tested by their professional staff both before purchasing and after and having it compared again in each of the various pairs of shoes we narrowed it down to, made it so easy to pick the ones that were best for me. Being able to hop on and off the in store treadmill for quite literally a "test run" was really helpful too and reassured me I was spending my money wisely on the right product for me.
Brilliant shop, Mat was really knowledgeable about running shoes, and helped me pick the perfect pair for my running style. He was able to outline all the pros and cons of each shoe so that I could make an informed decision. Would highly recommend the shop and Mat to anyone who is looking for some new kit or a bike :

Got a fabulous deal on a couple of bikes we'd been looking at for ages. Great service, setup, demo and help getting them in the car. Would definitely return and highly recommend.
Excellent customer service today from Jody and Luc. Very pleasant people. Took a road bike and a gravel bike in with different problems. One issue being gear indexing. Mechanic Jody fixed these with no problem and, importantly for me, took the time to explain what the issues were and how fixed. Also, he spotted a safety issue with the front stem that I should have spotted, but didn't. Thank you! Helen
We recently purchased new Raleigh bikes, not from Pau as they do not sell them. However, we always support local businesses whenever we can so, when we unfortunately had issues with the new bikes, we asked Pau Run & Ride to help. They were absolutely superb!! Not only did they identify, and fix, safety problems on one of the bikes, they also fixed a problem with the gears on my bike which Raleigh themselves were unwilling to help in resolving. Thank you for your excellent, prompt attention.
