Great customer service, had a  warranty issue with an item not bought from cyclestore they still dealt with the distributer on my behalf. Cant ask for better than that

Had an immediate issue with the bike and was told it was probably something I'd done and that I should take it to a shop.  Not a great first contact and it really put my back up.

A few emails later and cyclestore then offered to pay for the work to be done to the bike at my local shop, which was more like it.  The document you see when you get order confirmation has space for two quality control signatures as it goes through the dispatch process.  Both were left blank when the hard copy arrived with the bike.

I got a result but I had to push for it, so 4 stars.  Great bike at good price.
