I have been to this shop (in Chester) a couple of times now, firstly to buy my fab bike, secondly to have a bike fit and recently to buy a new saddle. Carl Jenkins helped and advised me each time. He is an absolute gem. Utterly professional, helpful, bright and cheerful and simply can’t do enough to please. Two years into being a customer and I'm very happy. Easy to deal with, straightforward to get services done and amazing aftercare. Specialized are great bikes but the service is the difference.

Great store with friendly staff. Had a full Retul Bike fit there with excellent results. Recommended!

Went to Specialised showroom after being completely ignored at Evans Bike showroom up the road. The difference in the level of service and attention was amazing and even on a busy day when the store was short staffed they could not do enough for me and my wife buying a family bike each to take our daughter out for bike rides. We bought two wonderful bikes and will be back for all the equipment to go with it when we collect. If you want to be treated with respect and not like an idiot from caring staff then ignore Evans up the road and get to this shop fast!! Thank you for making the extra effort it really does work!!!

Been buying bikes and bits from the bike factory and specialized store (quinns) for over 20 years now and they just get better these lads will go to the end of the world and back to help and supply the customer in both shops they’re very knowledgeable and there is atleast one or more lads that can give you extra advice in different departments from mtb road tt cyclocross and family bikes football :-) (coyb) ect its takes me nearly a hour trip to the shop yes i have other local bike shops but not with the same knowledge and service keep up the great work to all and thank you very much see you soon
