The best bike shop in Chester. It's been there a long time and it survives because the staff are enthusiastic, knowledgeable and generous with their time and wisdom. They will not look down their nose at you if you are not a super cyclist, I really believe they are happy to encourage anyone who is cycling at any level, but are more than capable of dealing with the most sophisticated bikes.

Amazing service from Jake and the guys there!!! In other shops I felt like staff didn’t care as I wasn’t going in to spend £3000 on a bike, here they couldn’t have been more helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for anything to do with bikes.

Excellent service and advice from both Dave and Mike at The Bike Factory. Replaced rear cassette, chain and fixed a rear disk brake in seconds which was great as my girlfriend had been told by another shop it needed to be replaced ! Clearly an honest bunch and not just touting for unnecessary work. Would highly recommend them. - Warren Bidwell

The bike I ordered online, a Raleigh Strada 4, was in good condition and arrived promptly a few days after I ordered it. It was also well-priced when compared with other retailers. However, the shop delivered it to the billing address not the delivery address as specified. Whilst this caused inconvenience for us Martin at the Bike Factory dealt with the mistake better than most companies would. I'm satisfied with the service I received and how my complaint was handled.

I recently purchased the Specialised Stumpjumper 2018! It was an Ex Demo, and in immaculate condition, for an unbeatable price. The service I received was fantastic and I would 100% recommend the Bike Factory to anyone. See you in there very soon.
