Visited the shop about 2 weeks ago got some great advice from Steve about the purchase of my 1st road back, went back yesterday ordered bike and accessories. Phone call from Steve today to say bike was in all put together and ready to be picked up. Sized up correctly for me in shop and ready to get out on the road. Helmet ordered had not turned up which wasn't a problem but Steve was kind enough to lend me a helmet until mine arrives on Monday. All in all fantastic help, great shop will definitely use any time I need something.
Having arrived in Chester on Saturday at 3:15 and being scheduled to race the Deva Tri on Sunday morning I discovered my TT bike frame had been cracked beyond repair by baggage handlers in flight over from Jersey. In the vain hope of borrowing something to get me round the bike course I dropped into the Edge and was amazed by the generosity and help of Steve and Aaron in setting me up on a Trek that I was testing out by 5pm. They saved my weekend and hopefully I can do that justice when I race tomorrow. Am totally in debt to those guys and will hope to pay it forward soon.
Superb bike shop. Really friendly knowledgeable staff. Got me out of a right pickle today getting my BB90 bearings back where they belong. Definitely recommend. They went the extra distance when other bike shops didn't want to know. Will be using these guys more often now #HappyShopper
Great shop with great staff. Kevin sorted out a rear wheel for the 2wheels5nations team in double quick time when most sensible people would be having their Sunday breakfast. The wheel was sensibly priced, the right spec for the job and held up for the rest of the trip and for many more rides to come we hope. Massive thumbs up and a big thanks from 2w5n!
