Fantastic service and products. Mark offers great advice and support for both repair work or new bike sales.... Over the last 6mths, i've had experience of both; i) Repair work to a MTB, ii) and a new purchase of a Orro TG. Overall, great shop with well sourced products (not just selling the same old mainstream stuff), coupled with great advice, exceptional standard of work, all hung together in a first class enviroment by a really nice chap. Could not recommend this place enough.

I was doing LEJOG solo and unsupported and needed to keep on top of bike maintenance. Mark offered to degrease my chain there and then despite being busy. I was up against it time-wise and he helped no end. Friendly and professional service.

Fantastic service and doesn’t charge the world like the ‘bigger bike shops’, Mark was so helpful, he fitted a chain and cassette on my mountain bike but the 1x11 I’d just fitted wasn’t playing ball, he made it work in the end and wouldn’t take no for an answer as I’m going to Llandegla tomorrow and he said “I couldn’t let you leave and not go riding tomorrow”, other places wouldn’t have that attitude. Great service and will be going back when I needy bike servicing, also Dielsel the dog is über friendly Two thumbs up from me
