Excellent service from all the staff here - they took my 13 year old out for a 121 session to build his confidence on the tracks. I would highly recommend this - They were patient, encouraging and yes in 2 hours taught him so much about handling a mountain bike. He now wants to go on the tracks every day! Steve was very good with him and is highly trained to bring out the best in children.

Great little shop. Fantastic knowledge and service. Cannot speak highly enough of Leon and Steve P. Lots of useful tips and help. I'll be coming back for the guided rides.

Visited this shop last week a great bunch of lads working there very helpful up until some old grey haired man came in I presume the boss atmosphere changed instantly he was so rude to the staff and myself. Shame because the staff where so helpful.

I called in here today as my daughters brake lever snapped before our ride! Staff were super helpful when I asked if it could be fixed, they got a lever and went the extra mile and fitted it for free! I could not recommend this place any more! Thanks for the super service, you clearly value your customers and I will be returning for any new bikes in the future!

Thank you so much tracs team for an amazing day. I cannot thank you enough for your professional advice. The bikes tried were all amazing. Your staffs knowledge was outstanding. ANYONE WHO NEEDS A NEW BIKE FROM ENTRY LEVEL TO TOP OF RANGE MUST VISIT TRACS!! BIKE HIRE RANGE IS UNBEATABLE QUALITY. Special thanks to Jordan for showing me the trails and Darren for doing a fantastic job lending out all the bikes and organising today, even though he was soaking wet he kept smiling😂 OUTSTANDING I'll be back very soon!
