We used the lounge on 20th November 2017. I had read some not so good reviews so was a little hesitant as it was the first time I’d used a lounge. I didn’t need to worry as it was clean, quiet, well stocked and comfortable. It made a very good start to our holiday. Everything, including drinks, is self service and was very easy. Would highly recommend!

My holiday starts in the lounge. Being a nervous flyer and holidaying quite a few times a year THIS is by far the only way to start. The lounge is relaxed and calming and it’s only when you leave you realise how quiet it has been. Drinks and food snacks are always replenished. Staff are very friendly. Worth every penny.

First time in this lounge. We had a good 3 hours to spare between flights so decided to use it. 2 couples no children. We picked the “quiet” end and it was great. We’re there over lunchtime and had plenty of choice for food and drink bearing in mind the price we paid. And so quiet compared with main area! Will definitely do this again

Visited here in February 2018, lounge was nice and peaceful with a good selection of Breakfast food and good selection of non alcoholic beverages and alcoholic beverages, was very pleased to see that they had toilet facilities in the lounge, unlike the Aspire lounge at Stansted airport, the staff was very helpful too. Would definitely use the lounge again.
