Scored slightly lower as I just don’t think the food was as expected. But otherwise we enjoyed the quiet surroundings until a couple with two children came in and they run riot around the place.
I Would like to say a huge thank you to your amazing staff member Sharmila she’s a huge credit to your company and always goes over & beyond . Sharmila has helped and assisted me on more than 3/4 occasions and I can honestly said she’s a super human and always smiling and helping me when travelling. Many Thanks . GOD BLESS
Food normal. Tea and coffee Drinks all ok. Shower & bathroom, ok, but could smell better... Gate was very far, not like Heathrow , hence the 3 stars
Lounge is very much businessmen focussed. TV on screen has live football. Display in the lounge is very orderly - nothing particularly exciting. Could do with more comfortable arm chairs or rest area. comparing to virgin lounge at Heathrow for coolness. Available breakfast option was good though. Poached egg was done to perfection and proper high welfare eggs used with really orange centre. Although the egg Benedict was served on a small plate and I got told off by staff for using the thong to pick it up instead of picking up the whole mini plate to place on my bigger plate. Well, sorry!
Loved our experience in the Emirate lounge at Gatwick. Emanuella looked after us so well. I enjoyed making her laugh about how we planned to do absolutely nothing during our holiday to Dubai
Lovely experience. I had an early flight so arrived in the lounge around 7am, I was a little flustered as I had to take my laptop out of my main case for security reasons. I was having small talk with the receptionist lady and she gave me an Emirates laptop bag. The gesture meant so much to me as it was no longer weighing my handbag down. The lounge is clean, free Wi-Fi. Would highly recommend
Not a great selection of food. Very small for an international airline and airport. 2 empty toilets both had no toilet paper just an empty roll in each. Also spilt liquid all over the floor on one toilet. Not great. Perhaps I caught them on a bad day. Martin
Gateick Staffs at checking counter 212 & 211are rude and incompetent. Disappointing
Huge lounge, very spacious and luxurious and the food and drinks are excellent as well. Highly recommended if you are at Gatwick and have access to this lounge.
Amazing especially the one who’s serving us her name is Ross And Babus very accommodating Flight Attendant ever! Business classFood: 5/5
