Story

Anyone can get a taste of Jamie’s Italian at Gatwick Airport. Visit the coffee lounge sitting at check-in, or pop upstairs after security, where you’ll get the full Jamie’s Italian experience. Make sure you check out the delicious breakfast menu too!

If time’s a bit tight, visit the bakery and grab a slice of freshly baked pizza, a delicious cake, sandwich or snack. Or if you’re looking for something a bit different, drop into the Dog House where you can indulge in handmade smoked pork or beef hot dogs, made with beautiful British ingredients.

Really really poor. I can’t emphasise that enough. Slow service getting seated, and being served. The tables are crammed in so people are bumping into you everywhere. It’s cold outside, so the air conditioning seems to blowing down on the tables. With breakfast we ordered some fried potatoes because the portions looked small. It arrived, a tiny portion for £3, and was almost inedible with how hard they were. After complaining they were replaced with potatoes that were actually raw just browned on the outside. The whole place was also a mess, food on the floor, unclean tables. Go anywhere else.

So...9.45 and a virtually empty restaurant, my family (3) asked to be seated at a table vacated by two people. The seats were a small booth. The waitress (lovely) said no problem and showed us to the seats. Then another staff member (guy) said we couldn’t sit there as table was too big. Remember, I had just watched a couple vacate the seats. Virtually empty restaurant...so we walked out and are now sat in a very busy Garfunkel’s restaurant a few doors up. Jamie must be really rich refusing customers!!

Good atmosphere despite the fact it is located in an airport. Staff is nice. Good options for food at the bar. Airport prices without being too excessive.

Breakfast with a family of 5. We all ordered different dishes. All came out together, warm. Tasty. Friendly staff, didn't feel at all rushed to leave (we had time to kill). Have been here several times now. Never had a problem.

Food is ok. The homemade lemonade is nit home made. It is lemon syrup/cordial with water and a decoration of lemon slice and mint. Please next tile, take the time to stir tje syrup at the bottom. More waiters than clients, somehow a bit bizarre.
