Iv just been told by the MAD MANAGERESS that the barman must not serve me as I AM RUDE !! OMG ! SHE IS MAD ! What a shocking experience ! L i asked for was a single Famous Grouse with a lot of soda. SCARY !!

Absolutely shocking service. The barmen messed about between them whilst customers sat there waiting to be served. Myself and my partner as well 4 other customers (that I saw) left and had a drink elsewhere. An embarrassment.

Stopped in for a few drinks whilst waiting on a delayed flight. Service was poor and at one point the barmaid shouted at me across the bar that she was busy serving others as was her colleague even tho I had been trying to get her attention for previous 20mins!! Classy bar gorgeous surroundings tainted by trashy barmaids attitude to what was a paying customer looking somewhere to spend her money. I was so embarrassed!
