Good value for money and friendly staff. good breakfast. I didn't fancy a full English so went off menu and ordered mushrooms and egg on toast which was served within 3 minutes.nnThe shuttle to Gatwick airport is a must, far cheaper than any taxi and they'll drop you off at whichever terminal you want.nnAlso worth mentioning that it's only a 10 minute walk from Horley train station 1 stop up from Gatwick AirportnnFast WiFinnAlso being able to check in from mid day was a bonusnnWill use again.

Perfect location, really close to the airport and the shuttle service is very affordable. The room was really cozy and tidy, cannot fault it. The only negative was the food. I ordered calamari and was expecting something home made, as is advertised. But it was the frozen kind and was easy the worst calamari I have ever had. I did mention this to the server but was not really acknowledged, and considering I did not eat it, I would have expected not to be charged for it. I would advise that you refrain from using frozen foods if you advertise home made meals. But aside from that, really lovely joint.

We stayed for one night. Easy location to the Gatwick Terminals. Good bed & their restaurant is simple & good food. Good sized room for 3 people.nWould stay again in future

I’ll start with the good. Very clean and close to the airport. Parking was easy albeit an additional £10 a night.nThat’s where my good points end. If you are in the annexe you will be across the road in a separate block and if you get room 37, don’t expect to be given a working key card! Twice someone had to escort me over the road and ‘pick’ the lock so I could get in as the lock n lock needed resetting. The chap on reception should have made this a priority to give me a key but genuinely didn’t seem to be in a hurry or really care less. In fact it was almost an inconvenience for him explaining how he’d have to reset the system etc etc. So for the second time of asking I never got my key which meant I couldn’t actually leave my room for the evening because not only did I not have a key to my room. I also didn’t have a combination to the front entrance door because that was written on the key card envelope that reception kept!  I don’t know how long the people have owned this hotel, but they did seem really disorganised and slow to check people in and the guy doing it came off as arrogant at times.nMy other gripe and yes, I have another one! This hotel is so noisy. In fact, if you are a light sleeper or just want sleep. I would avoid. The door to the annex where I was staying was slammed constantly throughout the night. People coming in, stomping up stairs with cases.  I understand people have flights to catch but the level of noise was just selfish And there’s no notice on the door to just say to residents just be mindful of your fellow guests - don’t slam your door's. In the end, I got up and went to the airport because it was pointless trying to sleep. Lastly the room was cold - no heating and the shower power was zero.nI’m not really interested in a response from the Hotel because I won’t be back and reading other guests reviews it seems the Hotel are not really bothered about putting anything right. Genuinely just avoid!

For the price, this hotel exceeded expectations. The room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean, with a pleasant scent throughout. The bathroom was also clean, and the shower had good water pressure. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The English breakfast was a highlight—delicious, served quickly, and with excellent service. I would definitely stay here again.
