First trip with Virgin Atlantic, we were given complimentary access to the Clubhouse with our booking. What a great way to start our holiday! Exceptional customer service. Served where we were seated. Great views if your an aviation geek. All service were by experienced ladies who knew how to treat their customers, we felt very pampered and definitely got into the holiday spirit and cannot wait until next time. Great experience.
1st time flying upperclass, and can't wait to book again!!! Service was amazing in the clubhouse, food and drinks lovely. My partner and friend both had a massage, what they really enjoyed and relaxed them before the flight to Orlando. Can't wait for next time, defo worth saving the extra cash to fly Upperclass!!
A nice place to start your trip away as part of your upperclass experience. My 5th visit to the clubhouse. Staff pleasant and friendly. Spa treatments available but not included. Food and drinks are good, plenty on offer but they will limit your alcohol which is ludacris as you could leave the clubhouse and buy it in the main airport lounge and that's after paying between £2000-£5000 for your flight depending on the time of the year. Still I do prefer the clubhouse to the chaos of the main airport.
Good lounge, much nicer than the old one in south terminal. All food and drink is by order which is the only real downside. Usual level of comfort and service you expect from Virgin. Lovely atmosphere.
Staff very helpful. Food was very nice. Please note: There's No showers as described in the literature and as advised by the Virgin Reps on the phone. Very disappointed!

The staff was great!! They were very helpful and were truly some of the most service-oriented people with whom I have ever dealt. The table service was a nice touch. The facility was complete with everything you might want to find in an airport lounge. And the food was very good for a lounge setting. I recommend the breakfast burrito...it was excellent. I even liked the coffee, which I cannot always say when talking about my experience in this sort of facility. I have been in two Clubhouses now...this one and Heathrow. They were both exemplary. But if pressed, I'd say I liked this one a little better because it was not as busy and, thus, felt more personal.
The service is exceptional, friendly and helpful. The food is terrible. On breakfast, poor quality sausage in worse bread; veggie sausages knowingly served dry by the chef. Lunch, tikka masala with rubber chicken, good sauce and a poppadum like cardboard. Thai green curry served in a mountain of plastic was much tastier with good chicken thigh and flavor though def not a Thai curry, good sauce but a ridiculously hot plate that dried the rice but still left the center stone cold. Potted salmon good, but with sourdough bread that is as dry as a bone. I must also give significant credit to Virgin for their manager, Dominique coming by, unprompted, to listen to our concerns about the food, for which I've added a star
