My wee dog was really anxious due to a previous injury and getting stitches at the vet but the girls made her and me! feel at ease and nothing was rushed with the vet, she made sure she was more relaxed before giving her the jags and advised me really well! Happy to say this is my new vets now that we've moved!
I had a horrible really belittling and upsetting experience at this vets years ago and affected me for a long time. Involved the owner Ashley. She is definitely not a kind caring person nor is she an animal lover. She is totally motivated by £££££ despite any distress involved. She has zero compassion. Anyone I know who has considered using her I tell them what happened to me and they are disgusted. Just avoid
came in with my beloved dying pet rat to euthanise her ; zero compassion from the receptionist! very unprofessional practice; they kept us crying and discussing our pet in the main reception in front of other people, zero privacy and confidentiality ! horrible experience
I took my big ragdoll in to be neutered. Unfortunately things were a bit more complicated as one of his testicles wasn't where it should have been. It was a bit of a shock when I got the call but thankfully they did find it. It just meant a bigger surgery/recovery but I'm very grateful the vet was able to locate it, meaning less risk of problems down the road! I also had my wee Dwelf in for a lump in his mouth. All the staff were so so friendly, from the receptionist, the vet and nurse etc. It's obvious they all genuinely care for animals. I don't even live close to this veterinary practice anymore but I continue to take my pets here as I remember how good they were when I had my other cat in years ago. Thank you so much for looking after my cats, I was so worried about Wallace but you done an amazing job with him. Can't thank you enough. You are angels!
The team at Ashley's vet are great they really looked after my wonderful wee dog when she had to have an operation the girls are so compassionate and helpful . Princess has made a full recovery

Stopped our boy cat getting our girl pregnant again for a fiver. He's healthy happy and was all done with in a day. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Would definitely let them cut my cats nuts off again.

Very friendly, helpful and inviting staff. Personable and reassuring manner throughout our appointment. We were seen at short notice. Which was very accommodating of them. We went in, without insurance. Hoping, cynically, that we weren't about to have treatments and services added on; to rinse money from us. Those fears were, quickly, alleviated. The prices are affordable ...and we were given a quote for other services, should the need arise. Which were very reasonable.
