The practice has been looking after our dogs for over 25 years. I’ve always found the care and advice to be caring, honest and professional. All of my dogs have received kind care all the way into their geriatric years were during that time I have always been steered into the correct care and decision making to maintain great quality of life. Our two cats have been coming to Queens Crescent for 15 years, and the service has always been amazing. All the vets are excellent at what they do, so friendly, and we can always get an appointment at a convenient time. We really feel we get the personal touch and can have proper conversations about all the implications of treatment. Without the care and expertise of Queens Crescent, our two old lady cats would not have had such long and happy lives.
My dog received excellent attention and treatment. There was a clear explanation of what was happening and treatment plan was very informative . Staff were all very helpful and caring.
I visited this veterinary clinic for a teeth cleaning for my 6-kilogram dog, with the extraction of a small tooth. I was given an estimate between £900 and £1,200, not including blood tests, which started at £141. In the end, I would have paid £1,400 for a cleaning and tooth extraction! Finally, I went to France, and the same service in Cherbourg cost me £250 all-inclusive!
Can get appointments quickly if call. Emails however will go to the void and they don't accept insurance direct payments. Vets are knowledgeable. Some of the staff are friendlier than others.
Been taking my pets to QCVC over the years and they have been the best. Cannot recommend this clinic enough. Staff are so lovely and kind. Especially when one of my pets passed away, they had sent us a thoughtful card and forget me not flowers seeds to plant. The premises are very clean and our cat is always at ease.
This is a really great vet’s practice. My dog is very important to me, the standard of care he receives here couldn’t be higher. They can do a lot of work like bloods on site, so results are quick and reliable. The vet always listens and I feel really cares about how my dog is. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Every time I contact the vet practice someone picks up. The call is dealt with professionally and promptly. I always seem to get an appointment for my cat or dog at the time I need it too. Very happy. All the vets are friendly and helpful in my experience.
Everyone at the clinic has been super responsive and helpful so far. Our puppy is always made to feel welcome and the vets and staff are considerate of his nervousness around strangers. Appointments have been provided within hours and the vets are genuinely helpful. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
Queen’s Crescent Vets practice have been taking superb care of my various cats for over 25 years, with obvious concern and sensitivity for each of these unique and beloved wee creatures separate needs. I can’t praise the staff enough, especially Ann, the evil mastermind who runs the practice from the shadows. Kudos to all.
